how can I put a loggo image on the background of the access application window, when it opens a specific database

I personally have never heard of a way to do this. I know you can put an image in the background of your form(s). Perhaps you could put the image on a form and maximize it.

Since I couldn't do what I intially intended, I did exactly what you suggested. It works, but it's a pain, because you have to get the form size just right.

I am sure it can be done. I have seen MADE2MANAGE (a VB db program )has the writing "MADE 2 MANAGE " ON THE BACKGROUND
so I am sure that there must be a way
