Hi,

I would like to ask how i would go about changing the colour of the selected row whilst the form is in Datasheet view. It probably is really simple but i have tried and tried !!!

Thanks in advance,

Chris

It can be done I think using conditional formatting.

Select a control - and then 'Conditional Formatting' from the format menu.

Set the new background for IF field has focus, then use the format painter to apply to all controls.

That will only change the field your in, but conditional formatting is the ONLY way I have found of dynamically changing a datasheets properties.

You COULD possibly have some hidden field that changes value when you enter a record, and changes back when you leave. Then have that as the criteria for the conditional formatting on the other controls.

Some food for thought
