We have a R4 Intuity Audix, and our concern is that we only have the origanal copy of the emergency boot diskettes. They came with the system, and now are getting old. Is there any way of making a backup of these diskettes?

You can do it in Linux with the dd command!

dd if=/dev/fd0 of=disk.img

You can then store the images on your network, and back them up. Should you ever need them, then:

dd if=disk.img of=/dev/fd0

Will reproduce those disks for you.
