Back up an Access Database

Is there a way to automatically (every 12 hours) create a backup file of an Access Database being used by cold fusion?

1- Use cf scheduler to cffile copy your bd where you want it to be copied
2- Use a tape backup device with scheduling
3- Use windows NT "AT" command with script to make your backup
