back door bbd

I have this thing that pops on my computer all the time from Mcaffee which is trying tp block it out. It is back door bbd. But I can't get rid of it. It effect win32. I am at my wits end can someone please help.

If you are useing XP or Me desable system restore, reboot and do a full Virus scan, then reable system restore.

before you reenable System Restore, and after the Virii Scan, scan with Ad-Aware, SpyBot S&D, and HiJackThis! (in that order)...

In HiJackThis! you can create a Log file (Config) and paste it here, so that we can tear it apart and help you further...
