Has anyone used this before product before and is there anything special as far as programming is concerned switch wise? I found this but it shows nothing. Ive been asked to lend a hand with the install but I know nothing of this device and they could not answer if it will require anything of the swith.




My first thought when I was asked to lend a hand with the install was why doesnt this person just go into a conference room...
