Yes, it is enough if you have two cables, both with 60-pin connectors, all you have to do is plug them into each other, then plug them into the routers, make sure that you set the clock rate on the side that says DCE with the clock rate command. With V.35 you shouldn't really have a problem with the clock rate. With slower cables the link can flap up and down if the clock rate is set to high.
If you can't determine which cable end is the DCE, plug them into the routers and then on each router issue the command show controller serial0. This command will tell you what type of cable is plugged into the interface including whether or not it si the DCE or DTE side.. Erik Rudnick, CCIE No. 9545
