Is there a feature button that will allow a user to send all calls to voice mail automatically if not at their desk? Thanks.

I see 2 ways:
- forward (with call forward key) to voicemail number (not automatically)
- define the voice mail number for FDN and EFD in set definition. In this case after 4 rings (depends od the PBS settings), all calls will be sent to voice mail
