Not staying in Manual-In. Any feedback would be great. Thank you.

that's perfectly normal, it's what the manual-in mode is for. if you want your agents to became available after completing a call, use auto-in instead.
 
& if this is happening on Auto-in, check for the Timed ACW on the skill form & the VDN form.(page-2).
