Does this affect all of the wireless phones or a percentage of the phones?

Can you ping the svp server?

You should telnet into the avpp and make sure it is programmed correctly. You did program it right?

Error Status", when trying to telenet the AVPP.

"[...], but invalid Alias IP Address range."(on the Telnet window or command prompt)

So id it has not been programmed yet then you will need to use a serial cable.
You should probably grab the avpp doc 21-601637.
Look in the IP Wireless section at support.avaya.com
It used to be much easier to find documents at Avaya.
