avoiding directory in Message MGR and Definity

I have found that if I put a bang (!) in front of the names you avoid the matches for dialed directory in AA and phone system directories.

Any non-alpha character will accomplish the same thing.

except 1, which will if dialed in front of the name, will match. Inside users will figure this out and use it, so don't use 1.
