Hello -
We recently migrated our existing Windows avaya one-x portal server & voicemail pro servers over to the Avaya Applications Server 12.1. After doing so, now our Avaya Workplace clients (Android & windows) are getting the Messaging alert - "Your Messages may not be up to date" popping up on the Workplace client. I have confirmed we have a valid & reachable domain name set in our One-X portal administration XMPP domain name & Host Domain Name. Both these fields are set to the domain name that resolves to the Avaya App Server hosting the One-X Portal. There is no firewall between the App Server and the windows clients - same local LAN (No wan-based connections), so only the built in firewall of the App server.
Any advice or suggestings would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
