Avaya web interface or ASA lite ???

I am wondering if Avaya or a 3rd party makes a web interface to Definity's?
Also
Does Avaya make an ASA lite? with the ability to limit capabilities.
The reason I ask is I manage 20+ Definity sites and want to give site admin's at the sites the ability to

Change Names on the PBX and Vmail
Change Coverage paths

but nothing more.

Any input appreciated. I am working on some web interface solutions but do not want to reinvent the wheel.

You can restrict the capabilitys based on the log in.
