Hi, i configures an Avaya 9620L and took it home to test.
when i Plugged to phone to my router, i noticed there was no dial tone.
I called my house number and it rang, but when I answered the other phone, I noticed there was no voice going in or out.
after that, I plugged the IP phone before the router, and it works as it is supposed to.
so now the problem is that the user that needs the phone, does not have a modem and a router separated like me.
does anyone knows if this would be a firewall configuration issue, or is there a port I should open in the router.
