Avaya Training??

I used to be able to get free training on the Avaya IP Office at the Avaya Learnign center. Has Avaya stopped offering free online courses to business partners?

Does anyone have an Implement and Maintain course for the Avaya IP Office 500 R6.1??

It is indeed ridiculous that they charge you money for basic training.
I understand that you need to pay for 40 hour online courses but the delta training should be free of charge.

Or at least get something out of paying for the delta's. eg - any relevant certification you have gets extended rather than having to sit the (pointless) exam every 2 years.

As the current exams are so easy, its a bit of a sting to have to pay for them.

make it mandatory to actually have a cert (not necessarily ACSS but at least something useful) before installing the system, it would definitely get rid of some ????? questions here in the forum.
But Avaya really doesn't care where they get the money from it seems, they make BP's lifes miserable and grey market sellers (where do they get their equipment again if it has an Avaya part number on it??) can sell anything to anyone.
