Avaya to Shoretel

Hi All,

We have successfully setup a link between both systems and we are able to call internal extensions over the VPN without issues. The Avaya users would like international calls dialed from the Avaya to have the call dialed from the Shoretel. Any advise on doing this? Users at the Shoretel end need to dial out with a 9 prefix on all calls.

Just send the calls as dialled on shoretel I suppose.

Dead easy on the Avaya, just change the shortcode international calls match to go to the link trunk, the issue will be programming the Shoretel to accept those digits and send them onwards, we can't help with that side
