Does anyone know how to get the Avaya phone icon to show up in LCS?. We have followed the instructions on the 2 guides from Avaya: "IP Softphone and LCS Integration Quick Setup" and the "IPS_with_MOC_Getting_Started_jan22"
We can browse to the Avaya Phone icon successully so we feel like we have that set up correctly. When you launch softphone the MOC app opens, registers, and connects, but the icon is not at the bottom of the Communicator client and you can't click on a contact and call them.
We seem to be missing some piece of information.
