I’m setting up Master Directory 4.3 that came with Avaya SoftConsole 1.13 sp2 for our primary console operator.
My problem is getting the Notes field to display in the blue shaded box next to the temporary notes field on the incoming or outgoing caller lines. I know that this can done because I went and demo the Softconsole at an offsite location, and they had the notes setup to display this way. Any thoughts
