Yeah i am using Release 6. I install the Client on the virtual pc. Connect USB headset to the pc being used to remote the virtual PC and it looks like it getting picked up by the OS. It looks like avaya software cannot detect the headset.
Error when login in to avaya soft phone:
The application is unable to access to the sound system. Make sure the sound system is configured and operating properly, and that no other applications are currently using the sound system
