Does anyone know how to wire and program the Avaya TN556D ISDN BRI cards for video conferencing? Our (3)existing BRI lines are off of a Nortel PBX and are 1 pair per line, 128K per line for 384K two way video conferencing. The Avaya documentation states that the BRI lines on the TN556D are 4 wire (2 pair) per line and 192K per port. How do I make this work on my existing video conferencing equipment. We have Polycom Viewstations with Triple NT1 modules to connect the ISDN lines.

the TN556D is a S/T interface board, and therefore uses 2 pair, you're nortel board is a U type, take of the NT1 adaptor and you can wire it straight down..

When programming the lines I did an add station XXXX1 and set it up as a WCBRI. I added my second station XXXX2 for the second B channel, but it would not allow me to use the same endpoint id. I used 01 for Bchannel 1 and 02 for Bchannel 2.
Am I programming this correctly? What will the SPIDS be, XXXX101 and XXXX202?
