Avaya Rls 5.0.20 No CLI on DS5410 until handset lifted

Hi

I have this problem on my customers system

Avaya Rls 5.0.20 : IP500

When a call is ringing on a DS5410 the incoming CLI is not displayed until the handset is lifted

Any ideas ?

Firmware issue?
What software level is your IPO on?
What firware level does the 5410 have?

System is 5.0.26
Phones are Rls 5.0

Calls run via VMpro with an alpha tag in Call Source (eg Sales) on the final transfer to the hunt group

Phone is displaying the CLID once the handset is lifted.

Strange
 
Maybe the telco is providing the COLP instead of CLIP
 
The line definitely has CLIP on it, when you dial in to the system I can see the inbound cli on System Status.
 
Remove the tag and see what happens.
