I'm not 100% knowledgable on the system but I know diallers and a sister company is due to install one - their Telecomms guy knows a fair bit - what is it you're after?

We actually do installations and servicing for Avaya Predictive Dialers (actually all Avaya products). I wanted to know if there was a chat board here where users of Avaya predictive dialers spoke about problems they might be having with it so that we might help solve them.
