We have just upgraded are mobile phones to the new Nokia E71. I have install the One-X app 4.6.4 and also loaded the settings file. When you dial from the One-X app it will not send the 9. I have proven this by putting a 9 in front of the number and dialing, the call connects. I have had this running on my old phone for couple of years. Anyone else having the same problem with this type of hand set?

In your settings.1xme file, do you have

ARS_CODE = 9;

Yes already checked that. And when you look at the settings in the phone you can see the nine in there.
