Avaya one-x mobile lite/FNE code issues

I’m having some issues getting Avaya one-x mobile lite to work with an iphone. Getting a fast busy when calling FNE codes.
Will one-x mobile lite work with the OPS application and an XMobile station?
Is their anything else I need to turn on in order to get the FNE codes working besides adding extensions to the form?

Make sure you have inbound caller ID working and that the calling number is setup in EC500.
