All,
I've tried to do some research and getting conflicted information. We currently use one-x communicator and starting to allow users to work from home and they currently use Citrix Web Client to RDP into their Windows 7 machines. When logging in to RDP, they have the option to change audio to play from their PC and use Remote Audio and also select remote Audio in one-x communicator once logged in.
Issue I'm having when doing testing from my home PC(using WIFI and not directly connected to my LAN) is audio is sometimes choppy or has a little static or delayed. I've updated RDP config under my group policies on work PC and also added set audioqualitymode:i:2 to my RDP file on my home PC.
Are there any suggestions of anything that I've missed or anything I can try so we can allow users to start working from home as this is the direction we want to move to.
