Avaya One-X Agent status buttons do not work

Hi, I have an interesting situation that is causing me and the call center agents a ton of headaches. I recently installed a couple dozen One-X Agent2.5 applications at a new office site. Everything appeared to look fine until agents started working there for the first time. Once they login and go to AUX they try to change their state to Ready and it fails right away. If they were to select the Logout key, it appears to proceed to log out but it also fails. I have to admit I am rusty since I last worked at the desktop level but I have never experienced this issue before. Is there something I need to do in the PBX or in the application settings to correct this issue?

Have you tried a regular desk phone just to make sure they can log in, auto in and log out OK, if so it must be a setting on the Avaya one-x
 
Here is the scenario... There is a Cisco phone on the desktop that Avaya ACD calls are routed to for the agent. When logging in for the first time everything appears to go fine, the phone registers, the Cisco phone rings and provides the confirmation tones, and the agent logs in and goes into AUX mode initially. When the agent tries to makes themselves READY it fails. However, If I dial the feature code (*20) the agent goes into READY mode. Also, The agent can only log out by also dialing a feature code. I hope this helps clear it up some. Thanks!
 
yes it does, the Cisco phones sound like they are not compatible with the Avaya phone system
 
I would try deleting the %appdata% one-x agent folder first and try again. Its not the Cisco phone.
