Hi user was unable to hear voice of other person and hear caller also, no audio it seems , what's the solution .please help for Avaya one x agent

Typically this lies within the network. You should examine your IP NR configurations and connectivity designed between them and make sure that RTP traffic is allowed in all the combinations your system is programmed to use (or adjust it the other way).
