1 way is to manually set a password on the users/voicemail tab.

I've done that, yet we can just hit the button with the envelope on it and get directly to voice mail without entering a password.

Delete the Vxxx entry in each users source numbers tab

Remove the Vxxx source number from the user and visual voicemail will require a password.
