Avaya NCR Implementation

Hello All,

I have been trying to implement the NCR feature in the Avaya CM 5.2.1.
Enabled the NCR in the signalling and trunk group.We are using NFAS signalling type for D-channel signalling.

Now, when we are using rout to number ~rxxxxxxxxxxxxx in the vector step we are getting the below error event in the CM.

Can any one know, the reason why this event is generated.

Hi Ew,

Thanks for your response, Provider is Level3 and they confirmed that the NCR feature is enabled from there end.

I wanted to know, this error means something wrong in the CM configuration for from Service Provide, which is Level3 here...
 
I have an response from service provider.

The issue is that the PBX is trying to send the Invoke while the second leg is still ringing.

On this version of the Sonus, we need the ACM from the called side – 200 ok, before the invoke can be initiated ….

I checked on the version that the “ ringing” invoke will be available, and we’re in the process of deploying it to the network – by Summer.

The only option right now is for Avaya to change the timing on when the invoke is started …..

Is there any way to accomplish this in CM..??????
