Avaya messaging issue

Avaya CM and CMM 6.2 integrated with H.323 protocols. After integration dialing hunt group voicemail number getting voice response. Then added two subscribers in messaging. This subscriber cover path calls after 4 rings forwarded to voicemail hunt group. Now after 4 rings calls reaching voicemail but caller getting message "invalid extension" not getting message to leave voicemail.

Do a list trace station on one of the new subscribers and take a look at what CLID is actually hitting the VM.

the vm is not receiving digits , check your private/public unknown tables and ensure entries cover these new users , does this scenario work for anybody else , as there could be settings on the trunk group and route pattern that effect this.
