Avaya IR Speech Bundle

Does anyone happen to have any information on the following Avaya material code. We are thinking it is for Scansoft(Nuance)speech licenses but Avaya won't admit to it. We are paying Avaya maintenance to the tune of $ 669.85/month for it. We want to upgrade the Nuance licenses but Nuance says the maintenance was dropped in May of 2010. I am looking for a description of what the "Bundle" includes. I was not around when this was purchased and installed and the material code was discontinued in 2007.
