Good day!

Can you help us with our scenario:

Local of boss: 701,702,703,....7xx
Secretary: 201,202,203,....2xx
Other locals: 301,302,303,....3XX

Existing setup is all calls that will be transferred to BOSS' locals 7XX series (internal / external) will forward unconditional first to their designated secretaries 2XX series.

Is this scenario possible:
When a BOSS calls a BOSS (intercom), the call will be directed to the BOSS and not to be forwarded to it's designated secretary.
>>>>Local 701 calls 703, the call is directly transferred.

When another local / external call is transferred to the BOSS, the call is still forwarded to it's designated secretary.
>>>>When local 301 calls 701, the call is forwarded to 201

Thank you!

No, it's possible using hunt groups but it's going to be very complicated.

Maybe this would solve it?

Jannik suggestion works well. Used it many times before.
