Dear,

i m using ip phone 9620 and time is appear in phone like 15:20 but i want to set am / pm. so please anyone can tell me how can i do this?

thanks

Phones take the time and date format from your IPO. Time and date format in IPO depend on the country you set it to.

thanks for reply......

After change the country in IPO date is coming properly as i want......but time is still without am / pm like 14:10

Is am/pm the official notation in your country?

Actually i don't know official notation.....

but when i try to set U.S then time is coming with am / pm but date format coming with mm/dd/yy and i want date dd/mm/yy and time am/pm.

so tell me which country is supported date and time like i want.

Unfortunately it doesn't work this way. You can't just set it to a country to get the time/date format you like.

The country settings not only sets time/date formats but also a few other characteristics for trunk lines. Don't go down this path.

If you set it to 'your' country and it shows up as 24h format, then that's the way it's supposed to be for your country :)

BTW Usually, countries that use am/pm also use mm/dd/yy as far as I know :)

Sorry i m just check the difference and thanks for you to give me information.

on more thing. when i m try to change my country (Kuwait Arabic) then i saw a warning (Voicemail files for this locale are not presend on ip office). u know about this?????

You're welcome!

Yes, each country has a associated default language. Apparently that language is not present on the SD card (yet).

Manager should give an option somewhere to upload it (related to that message).
