Hi All,
We are trying to setup 2 new customers and are implementing SSO on both. When using SSO the Workplace app is trying to register to the IPO with the unique ID of the user instead of the extension.
Is anyone familiar with this issue?
IPO is setup,
Sync to AvayaCloud is running,
IPO 46xxsettings.txt has been altered to allow SSO,
SSO via O365 is setup by customer (access has been granted)
Basic test:
setup Workplace using Avayacloud url (via emailaddres) to settings file
-> login using extension and password
-> fully functioning
Configuring Workplace via email address + SSO login:
Setup Workplace using email address
-> Sysmon shows siptrace REGISTER:

-> Workplace pops backup
-> 'enter extension' window appears with 'scrolling circle' then it disappears again without entering the extension.
-> Workplace opens but fails to login.
