Avaya IPO Paging port contact closure to Vlacom 2924a

I am told I need a contact closure for the paging override on a Valcom 2924a. How do I achieve this?

My goal:
Page all users overhead loud speaker, and IP handsets from single short code.

What I have:
IP Office 500 V2
1 PRI used
4 CO ports 1 (used)
(2) VCM 64
16 Phone ports
Valcom 2924a (Plan is to hook to override port...)
Valcom 9927a
Valcom 9940

What works,
I can zone page using CO ports short code *1997 + dial zone
I can page all my IP phones short code *1996
I can hook a handset to the analog port and it will page analog port. IPO is setup correctly.

What is broken:

I cannot page overhead and phones at the same time.

Valcom says I need a "contact closure" and I do not know a way to make this happen on the IPO Analog port.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

You do it on the Valcom. Find the contact closure terminals and short them. This will permanently keep the contacts closed. If it uses a mod plug short the second pair.

Of if you need contacts that will open/close as appropriate during a page, you'll need a paging interface that has vox sensor and closes on page. Bogen's universal interface does this.
