Several customers do not want to dial 9 to get out the their systems. They just want to hit the 1 + 10 digits. Id their a way to do this? Thanks, Trees3

Sure, you need to apply to Avaya for special permission. I think the request has to be headed "This is no longer the middle ages and a smart telephone system can work out what type of number I've dialled and how to route it without me having to dial some special digit first or pick a line key or some extra manual faff".

Actually outside North America, no dial 9 is the default configuration for IP Office systems and it's Avaya that insists that your customers want the 9.

rant, rant, rant...

The guys will be along shortly to tell you how to do it while meantime they cart me away.

So basically, the 9 is required no matter what. Funny comment! Thanks, Trees3

I think it is better to work with a prefix but we do not have long distance codes.
We just dial a 0 as prefix and dial the number.
Although we can do without i rather not do it.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
