1. No. You would have needed to have had the UCM present when doing the license migration from ADI to PLDS.
2. The UCM V1 is no longer supported by Avaya. It went end-of-sale December 2016 and full end-of-support December 2021. They won't have done anything to deliberately stop it working, and it fortunately uses the same .iso as a V2 so it is getting fixes by accident, but they won't do anything to fix V1 specific issues if they do occur.
