Hello

I need some advice we are getting a lots of voicemails it looks bad on the reports, I have an IP office 500v2 with an Sales HUNTGROUP set on VM 20 second and voicemail 80 Seconds. I have enabled announcements on this hunt group from voicemail pro set to 15 and 15. Then on voicemail pro I recorded a message saying you are still in a que, then you are still in a queue this loops around until 80 second then goes to a voicemail

Sales Huntgroup ----Queue ----- Start Point ------ generic Message

Sales Huntgroup -----Still in Queue ---- Start Point -------generic Message

I had a thought on the huntgroup voicemail if I turn this off, Could on the second message say please continue to hold or press 1 to leave a message( that the bit I can't do?)

Is it best to have voicemail or a queuing system
