hallow!
help me on the digital expansion unit the connection doesn't seem on the ip office and the majour problem it flashes green then then red, my self with fellow come p with the solution of re setting bat it still not working under normal conditions.

check all the connections to the unit
this can be caused by something as simple as a network connector on a pc incorrectly patched back to a phone port

otherwise call your maintainer as you may have a faulty unit.

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

in case f connector all i have checked it okay or other wise as you said is a faulty unity.
because even before of connecting to the ip office but there is a problem on flashing it is abnormal it should be fleshes green , now instead of green it flashes greeen then red green then red that is a problem also! second problem it doesnt show it self o ip office when i tried to connect!

then the unit is continous rebooting due to a internal fault, replace the unit.
