Avaya IP Office R10 Essential Edition - Click/Highlight to Dial Options

HI All,

I am wondering if anyone is aware of a way someone at Essential edition can do click to dial out of Outlook (and additional software, if possible). We would prefer not to moved them to VM Pro/OneX with Office worker licenses. I remember the old Tapi Lite used to do the Outlook dialer, but i am pretty sure that is not supported. Any other options or 3rd party recommendations?
