Hi,

i just upgraded to R11 and when i login from the IP office manager, it keeps going to the Admin Tasks. I am not able to see all users and other fields.

How do i resolve this?

You logging in with Manager server edition?

Are you logging into a Server Edition version of the IPO or just the physical P500 V2?

Click file preferences, Tick Default to Standard Mode and SE Central Access Port

They upgraded direct from 8.1 but didn't feel it was necessary to tell us. Or anything about what type of IP Office. So basically useless.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

@bahmonkeys enabling Default to Standard Mode and SE Central Access Port works!

Sorry as i am not fully trained in Avaya so i may have missed any information required. Just curious why is there a need to enable this 2 options?

You don't have to be trained on anything to be aware that information is key. And you still failed to add any information.

So far you've done the equivalent of walking into a garage and saying your car doesn't start. So we don't know the type of car (pertol, diesel, electric), make of car or pretty well anything apart so far (thanks to you screenshot) that some of the lights come on.

What path did you use to upgraded it - from what to what via what? How did you upgrade it (recreate SD, transfer ISO, using Manager,...)? What sort of IP Office system is it? What do the phones display.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

@jason.lew
Standard Mode would have fixed your issue with "Admin Tasks".
SE Central Access Port this will fix any issues logging into the Server Edition of the IP Office Manager.

I was solving 2 tasks that you may have had.
Thanks
