Hi.

Can anyone tell me how I can create a pickup group in the IP Office 500 V2?

You just assign a Call Pickup Group button and then choose the group you want the user to be able to pickup. Leave it blank for manual entry of a group.

But how do you create the group and assign extensions to the group?

And most of the phones are Analog....

Find a competent BP for maintenance and/or ad hoc programming would be your best bet :)
