Can someone direct me in how to setup an Avaya IC Workflow where we send Collecetd Digits from the PBX over to Avaya IC and then based on those digits routes to some other number. I'm sure this is a simple thing, but unfortunately I am not a developer so I'm not very skilled in creating the workflows.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. The more detail you can give the better.
