Does anybody ever tried to connect a Avaya/Lucent INDeX to a Cisco 1760 router using E1.
layer 1,2 and 3 come up pretty easily and also dialing from the cisco to the INDeX works fine.
But i have a problem:
When I call from the INDeX to the cisco the negotiation of the channels is not good and call setup is very delayed.
In the q931 trace I see the prefered channels changing a few times which delays the call setup and sometimes blocks it.
Can somebody help me?
