I know not correct forum but, am trying to find out if any is using this. Specifically the desktop client.
I am installing this for 1st time and have some questions that the documentation is a bit muddy to me.
let em know of if there is a specific forum I can go there.

Thanks

There isn't a desktop client for EMO unless you use Equinox. It's browser based. What would you like to know?

Depending on the URI configuration the ICR can be completely ignored.

If your URI is configured to use internal data then the IP Office will look into the user's SIP tab and if you have *'s it will look into ICR.

A madman with a taste for speed.

When you set up the client, there are 2 buttons. 1 for joining a conference, the other to set up use as a softphone fro IPO/CM.

What are you trying to set up?

You can download the EMO Desktop client from the Web Page. Once that is completed you are presented with 2 options on the client.

Join a meeting or configure my account.

Configuring the account is what I was/am having issue with. I have it almost worked out I think.

When order was for EMO was place apparently they needed a email address to set the account up with and a user name and password. That same email address appears to be what is used to Configure the account on the client. I did not know that at the time and help files don't specify what email address to use.

I did not have that email address they used. I do now and can log into client.

Still working on calendar issues with Avaya.
