Looking for information on removing an EM200 from an Avaya G430. I have never seen one(EM200) but have one that is no longer needed at a location. Is it as simple as unplug the EM200 from power and then remove the connecting cable on the back side?
The EM200 is hot pluggable. You can power down the G430 if that makes you feel better but if you do not want to interrupt service on the G430 itself, just unplug it from the G430 and power.

You are right -- I'll edit my post. I can't find anything in the book that demands we power them off... I wonder how much time I've spent unnecessarily powering those off when I could have hot plugged them. Hahaha.
