I need to be able to add two stations to on phone. Can this be possible. I do have the DID's

so for example one phone will have

949-xxx-xxxx
and the same phone has a another extension
949-yyy-yyyy

phones for station we have avaya 6408D+

and for agents we have avaya callmaster

Assign station 949-yyy-yyyy as an x-ported station. Put bridged appearances on 949-xxx-xxxx.

On station 949-xxx-xxxx add 'brdg-appr' for extension yyyy to any spare line button. for inbound calls use appearance 1 & another button for appearance 2.

it looks like button 3 is set for abrdg-appr, not brdg-appr. Maybe that's why?

Ok one other question when I dial from my ext to an outside number using my ext I get the correct DID show on the cell phone (the number I am calling)

I have 100 DID's 6800-6899 they are part of the trunk so I am told. How can I check to see if they are all part of the isdn public-unknown table.

I'm not sure about G3CSI, but on my CM.5.1.2 the easiest way is just:

list public-unknown-numbering

It varies by software load. On the older switches it's 'display isdn public-unknown-numbering. The newer software loads moved it. That command is 'list public-unknown-numbering'.

I am told by our voice carrier that I need to change the outbound caller ID to a new DIDs. I don't know how :-( any help is appreciated.

by pressing button three I can make calls on behalf of ext xxxx, phone is actually programed to be ext yyyy

Now how do I make sure that when calls come in for ext xxxx ext yyyy can answer it? Because what happens right now it just goes to the vm.
