Hello,
I referenced this forum for a long time and it has been a great resource. Now I need some help. We are getting ready to retire our 13 year old Avaya definity system. It will be replaced with a new Cisco system. We are running call CM 4.0 and Cisco will be call manager 11.5. I am trying to setup a H.323 link between the systems because we are not licensed for SIP. I have got everything configured following an older Avaya doc I found. Link At this time we can make calls from Avaya to Cisco and it works fine, but cannot call from Cisco to Avaya. When I try i get a few seconds of silence and then a fast busy. Debug logs on the Cisco show the packets leaving the going to the assigned Clan on the Avaya system. If monitor the configured Avaya trunk I see no activity at all. I ran a packet capture on the port and I can see the Cisco request a h.225 connection but it is never established. I have attached my trunk and signaling group config. I appreciate any help and input anyone can provide. Thanks
