Avaya DECT R4 Upgrade

I have encountered an issue when trying to update the DECT R4 base station. I am starting with the BOOT before doing the Firmware.

I already have 9.1. build 437 installed and when i do the update using path
"adminCD\IPDECT\DECT R4\IP Base Station\IP Base Station 1\IPBS1_boot_v7p2p7.bin"
i get an error that reads
"Bootcodeupdate failed:bad bootcode (bootcode file is corrupt)"

so i then went ahead and downloaded another copy of 9.1 admin cd and extracted that and then extracted the DECT R4 file and pointed to the boot bin and that gave the me same error

"Bootcodeupdate failed:bad bootcode (bootcode file is corrupt)"

I made sure i was on the boot tab in the DECT R4 inferface.

Can you advise on how to resolve this issue.

I have the same issue sometimes, I just relaod the same file and then it works. Just don't touch the PC when uploading.
I use Mozilla Firefox, it is the only browser on my win 8.1 64 bit laptop.
