Hi,

I have a Avaya CVCT 11 based application which monitors Agent Extensions, ACD Splits, VDNs etc. I do all this stuff with a single FD obtained from asai_open. I want to know whether there is any limitation in the number of devices that you can monitor using a single FD. Why I am asking this is because I am able to monitor 1000 devices, and receive events for that, but from there on if I try to monitor some more extensions, my domain control succeeds, but i dont get event reporting for those new extensions. CTConnect has a limitation like this, in which using one monitor channel you can monitor only a max of 1000 extensions, and if you want to monitor more number of extensions you have to do it using another monitor channel. Please help.

Thanks & Regards,
Aravind.

I don't think there is any system limitation, there is a license limitation on the CTI users licenses. I remember seeing 2500 device Licenses, 1000 device license on the proposal from Avaya. Letme check on the server if i find anything.

Cheers.
